Bellingham & Whatcom County Housing Market Stats for October 2016



October has come and gone here in #Bellingham and the housing market is humming right along. Inventory is up slightly from 2.4 months in September to 3 months of inventory in October. Sales are still strong, although tapering off a bit. Where are we headed? 2017 is slated to be equally, if not as good for home sellers.
